Hello Haelcer. I think you've misunderstood the link you posted. That appears to be a company that will attempt to obtain an existing domain name for a fee on your behalf. We still have the domain and AJWRB will be back in the near future. In the meantime there are several copies of the site available with the newest being here:
I hope things are well with you.

new release on blood at ajwrb.
associated jehovahs witnesses for reform on blood has published a new press release informing the public and medical care providers of a product that could mean the difference between life and death for witness patients suffering from various conditions with either a primary or secondary bleeding disorder.
this press release is available on the front page of our associations web site.
All:
Apparently this latest development is sadly unremarkable since it is something we have come to expect given the source.
The work of AJWRB is to help Jehovah’s Witnesses, their dependants and other interested person to have a better opportunity to know life-saving details the Governing Body keeps to itself and/or its high-ranking representatives until an emergency arises. If its not too late by that time.
The work of AJWRB is also to help doctors cope with the frustration of patients who are at a loss and, worse, exposed to strong coercion to conform or else.
Rebel:
The standard of care would use cryo poor plasma as you say. But when a patient refuses FFP (as JWs are taught to do) then cryo poor plasma becomes an alternative for several primary and/or secondary life threatening conditions.

that percentage rate comes to 1.63%.
that is, if an individual receives only one transfusion.

Jehovah's Witnesses Accepting Blood Transfusion
Jehovah's Witnesses have always been divided over Watchtower's blood doctrine. From the very beginning when the religion first began teaching against transfusion, Witnesses have objected. Read the following complete article documenting this division within the community of Jehovah's Witnesses. The organization of Associated Jehovah's Witnesses for Reform on Blood began in 1997. But AJWRB is merely a contemprary manifestation of a movement that has existed for decades.

Anesthesia and Analgesia
The April 2007 issue of Anesthesia and Analgesia carries four articles addressing Jehovah’s Witnesses and blood transfusion. Three of these articles are editorials. A Jehovah’s Witness doctor by the name of Jon Schiller writes one of these editorials. AJWRB also contributed one of the three editorials.
